CONSULTANT AT HEAD OFFICE. ALKAPURI. BARODA ON CONTRACT BASIS

recognized by Medical Council of lndia) with at least three years’
experience / practice after passing M.D.
2Agelncumbent should be below 50 years as on 01-09-2020 i.e. date
of birth on or after 01-09-1970.
3Working HoursMinimum 15 hours per week (lMonday to Saturday) at Head
Office, Baroda Bhawan, Baroda.
4Period of
Contract
lnitially, the appointment shall be for 01year on satisfactory
completion ofthe same, the contract shall be renewed for 03
years including initial period of 01 year, subject to review after
end of each year.
5Termination of
Contract
Ihe contract can be terminated by giving 01 month’s notice on
either side at any time during the subsistence of the contract
period.
6Consolidated
Salary
Medical Consultant : ₹30,000/- p.m.
7compounder
Salary
₹4,000/- p.m.
8Other
Conditions
(1) Part Time Medical Consultant shall not be eligible for
any benefits as available to pan time /fulltime
employees ofthe Bank i.e. Leave, LTC, Provident
Fund, Gratuity or any other terminal benefits like
Bonus, Medical expenses, Eriefcase, Newspaper etc.
(2) Except the services of the Compounder, no other
person will be allowed to be engaged by the Medical Consultant.
(3) Medical Consultant must be resident of Baroda City only.
